The Scanlon Leadership Network is a nonprofit association of organizations founded in 1964 to encourage the sharing of best practices and the continued development of the Scanlon Principles and Processes. The Network has helped numerous organizations become "the best places to work" and "the most admired" organizations in their industries. Network members pioneered labor/management cooperation, open-book management, employee involvement, gainsharing and servant leadership concepts in business. Today many are leaders in "lean" practices. Several Business writers have called the Network "the best kept secret in American Business." The Scanlon Leadership Network is "Where the Best Ideas Come Together."

The Network is the parent organization to the Scanlon Foundation and Scanlon Consulting Services.

The Network maintains its own web site at www.scanlonleader.org
