Linda is President of ARTHUR ASSOCIATES, INC., a consulting firm since 1974. Linda's working career, however, has been quite diversified. She is a former pickle packer, machine operator, line foreman, secretary, business manager, and vice president. Today she consults with top management in the custom development and installation of "gain-sharing" incentive and employee involvement plans. Linda's clients have included Xerox, ITT Corporation, IC Industries, Square D Company, Eaton Corporation, Briggs & Stratton Corporation, Borg-Warner Corporation, Federal Mogul, Nicholas Plastics, Inc., Wright Products Corp., and many others. She has been a guest speaker for many conferences and associations, some of which have been the 1986 Governor's Labor & Management Conference of Indiana, I.I.E., A.S.P.A., A.M.E., A.M.R., I.L.M.C., New Jersey Employers Association, and University of Michigan's Industrial Development Division. Linda has dedicated the past twenty-seven years to assisting companies in the exploration/education, design, and implementation ofcustom "Scanlon Gain-Sharing Plans". These comprehensive plans involve all employees in the reduction of costs, and the improvment of productivity, quality, and delivery through the implementation of participative management practices.
