Approved Scanlon ConsultantsThe following independent consultants have gone through a lengthy approval process with the Network. This process was designed to make sure that they are competent in consulting and the Scanlon Roadmap process. Each consultant submitted their credentials to the Scanlon Leadership Network for review and approval by the Scanlon Leadership Network Board of Directors. Each consultant has demonstrated knowledge of the Scanlon Principles and Processes and each has successfully helped to install a Scanlon Plan. Many have years of experience. Our independent consultants have installed more gainsharing plans and contributed more to research and writing on gainsharing than has any other group of consultants. They are current in the latest gainshairng theory and practices. They have full access to the Network's best practices, sample plans and roadmap installation tools.
