Costs and how to obtain help.

The cost of consulting and training help is usually a function of the time needed to complete the project and the nature of the project.  For example, consulting usually requires higher level skills than does training. In addition to the consultant/trainer's time there can be travel and material costs.  In general most of our consultants bill out at $1500 to $2,000 per day plus expenses.

For some assignments a client may be able to save significantly by joining the Scanlon Leadership Network.  (The Network provides many services like Hoshin Quick Start™, and survey work as a benefit to members).

Our projects begin with a discussion of the client's needs.  If we are able to meet the needs of the client a proposal is generated at our expense, outlining what we would do, and the costs associated with the project.  There are no surprises and we are able to taylor a solution to the needs and budget of our clients.

To discuss your needs call (517) 332-8927 or email This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it
