Examples of the Principle of Identity and the Process of Education

Landscape Forms prints a daily newsletter, TEAM TIMES. Information is sent via electronic mail to a central source and then it is compiled, printed and posted.

Education is the process used to create Identity. It does not mean formal training although this is frequently done. It requires the sharing of information widely throughout an organization. Scanlon Organizations also share financial information. Spring Engineering uses a large display with dials (looks like an automobile dashboard) to record performance. A button on the dash indicates if profit targets have been met.
